Postage is free on most orders over £49.00 If there is any exception we may phone or email to advise you of the extra cost.

We do ship small spares and accessories worldwide.

Sorry, we won’t ship sewing machines, overlockers or Horn cabinets outside the UK.

We always take special care packaging and posting small orders. We use the Royal Mail to send the majority of website and mail orders, using either First Class post or the Standard Parcels service depending on the size of the package.

Within the UK we don’t charge for posting most orders over £49.00, the exceptions being large or heavy items such as sewing machine carry bags or trolleys. In these few cases we add the extra postal charge to the cost of the item.

Delivery is Free if you order a new Sewing Machine or an Overlocker, and for the last 5 or 6 years or so we have used DPD delivery services. You will need to sign for your delivery and the DPD driver won’t leave your order in your porch or behind the shed. Your order can be delivered to a neighbour or relative or even your place of work. The checkout section of our website allows you to enter a different delivery address.

If we receive your order before 12noon we can normally guarantee next day delivery.
We don’t like to send your new Sewing Machine or Overlocker on a Friday for delivery on Monday as your new machine will be sat in a depot over the weekend.

You can specify any day for delivery from Tuesday to Friday, we can also arrange Saturday deliveries for an extra cost.

Horn Sewing Cabinets.
If you order a Horn Cabinet you can expect free delivery three weeks later direct from Horn themselves. The Horn delivery driver will phone you a day or so before delivery to advise you when he expects to arrive at your address. As Horn cabinets are ready built and well packed you may wish to move any fragile items from your porch or hallway. The Horn delivery-man will also take your cabinet upstairs, unless you’ve ordered one of the largest cabinets such as the Supa Nova, so again it might be a good idea to remove any pictures of your great uncle Humphrey for the stair walls.

If you need any further information about deliveries please just phone or email and we’ll be happy to help.
