Brother Embroidery Software

Brother embroidery software enables you to design your embroidery patterns. Two packages are available:
Brother PE-Design Plus2 Includes a basic auto-digitizing feature which will produce varying results, some good and some not so good. But it does have all the True Type fonts which significantly extends the range of fonts found on most singe and multi-needle embroidery machines.
Brother PE-Design 11 has a full suite of digitizing and editing tools which enable you to digitise your own embroidery designs.

Please be aware that Brother Embroidery Software is compatible with IBM PCs only and DOES NOT run on Apple Mac computers.

Using Soft Windows etc. on your Mac will not solve the problem. You ‘may’ get partial success, but only partial and many of the tools and functions won’t work.

Also – All embroidery software is generally designed to work on the latest version of Windows at the time. So, if in five years you buy a new computer/laptop, chances are the Windows platform will have been upgraded and so your embroidery software won’t run.
So keep the computer you run your embroidery software on, and try to prevent Windows from automatically upgrading.
