A Brother FS Bobbincase to replace a damaged or lost bobbincase. The usual cause of damage to this type of bobbincase is incorrect threading. This can cause the bobbincase to lift and jam. Quite often the point of the shuttle will then scrape the bobbincase. Light damage can be smoothed out with a fine emery paper. In severe cases it’s best to replace the whole bobbincase.
