So, you’ve found you’re way here. Welcome to our page on the Brother Innovis Stellaire XE1 embroidery machine. I speak to many people, by email, in the shop, or over the blower about embroidery machines. They want to do this, or they want to do that. That’s usually why they contact me, my brother Steve, or the girls. To ask which machine is best – best for them.
So let us consider the XE1. First of all – it’s a beauty, it’s huge, it’s expensive and it’s an amazing machine. For many people the choice of embroidery machine at this level will fall between the Brother V3, or the Stellaire XE1. The V3 is fabulous but has a smaller screen, fewer features and produces smaller embroidery. The XE1 is double-fabulous and has a larger screen, more features and produces larger embroidery.

Delivery
Alan and Steve offer free delivery with your new machine.
Under normal circumstances delivery takes 1 – 2 days – excluding weekends.
Your machine will be delivered to your home via one of the main couriers.
Alternatively you can choose to collect your machine from our shop at a time that suits you. Please just let us know and we’ll be happy to help you.

Although we post parts & accessories worldwide, we do not ship machines outside the UK.

We are Brother Main Agents.
Our guarantee covers your Brother for five years (one year for commercial use) and includes parts and labour, but not transport. It may be an idea to retain the box and internal packaging – if you have space. In the unlikely event that you experience any problems with your machine, please phone us as ‘faults’ can often be rectified over the phone.
