Can I use my own designs?
Yes you can upload your own designs – if they have been digitised correctly and converted into either the .pes or .dst formats. The V3 has two USB ports for uploading designs, one for a cable and one for a standard memory stick. You can also buy embroidery designs from many websites, such as www.embroideryonline.com.

How fast is the V3?
Although the V3 has a top speed of approximately 1000 stitches per minute. The machine itself controls the speed as it sews through any design. It will slow down and speed up automatically.
What size hoop/frame does the V3 use?
We’re asked this question all the time. The largest hoop is 300mm x 200m or 12” x 8”. So you can produce quite large designs using the V3.
How long will the V3 last?
Under normal domestic use around 20 years. If you plan to use your V3 commercially, and use it all day every day, then it will reduce the effective life significantly.
