Here at Bambers we specialise in Brother PR6 & PR10 Service and Repair Work. In fact Alan & Steve offer a service that they consider to be second to none. With a solid workshop background, we understand the technical side of sewing and embroidery machines. So we have the experience and the skills to fully repair and service your Brother PR model. Also, here in our shop we have our own large and well stocked workshop. This is where we carry out all the maintenance work on hundreds of machines every year.
Home Collection & Return Service
In addition, we offer a home collection and return service and we cover most of the UK Mainland. This can be arranged by phone or email. Get in touch and we will fit you into our schedule. We will call to your house, shop or unit etc and collect your Brother PR. Our turnaround time is usually one week and we normally collect & return on Wednesdays.
Then we follow a detailed list of checks and adjustments to your machine.
Brother PR6 & PR10 Service and Repair Work
Once your machine has been stripped down and assessed, we always contact you with a free and detailed estimate. We thoroughly clean and lubricate all the mechanisms using only the range of lubricants recommended by Brother. Then we begin our set of test sew patterns to ensure your tensions are balanced and correct. Your machine will then be returned to your address in first class condition. Alan and Steve are also happy to carry your machine up and down any stairs in your property.
Free Loan Machine Service
If you bought your Brother PR from Bambers – well done. You qualify for a free loan machine when we collect yours for service or repair. This of course will minimise your ‘down-time’.
