This Janome & Newhome bobbincase will fit most of the front-loading models. Newhome was the name used before they became Janome. And there are still many Newhomes out there – sewing away quite nicely. As well as that there are still some Janome models using this metal bodied type bobbincase. They are generally quite robust. But drop it on the floor too many times and the body will bend. This will have a negative effect on your sewing.
